Come along to our free play craft session! Your little one can craft and get messy and I will do the cleaning! Every week we read a story, have paints and crafts available, a messy tray and a room full of fun toys! Your child is free to explore and learn through creative play. There is no pressure for them to join in with the tasks if they would rather just play and do their own thing! Snacks and food allowed too (no nuts though please) Come along and make yourself at home!

I took my four year old son along to a class. A lovely setting and the leader was great. My son loved the art set up and enjoyed making some creations. A lots of the toys were maybe a little young for him and he wasn't bothered with the story and singing part of the class. However,  overall,  I would recommend.

Join us at Daisy and Dragon for our baby stay and play session! 

We will start with some songs, stories, games using instruments, puppets and props. After this you can enjoy some free-play in our Montessori style playroom! Your child will have the freedom to explore their surroundings and toys in our safe and nurturing space. We also make a handprint card every week for you to take home!

We will end the class with a few more songs and then bubbles!

This class is best suited for babies who are sitting up to confidently walking (roughly 5 - 14 months) however younger babies are very welcome to come along too.

Come along, have fun and you and your little one can make new friends in a friendly, relaxed environment.

The classes are fab and the play space is so welcoming and open with lots of natural light, perfect for babies to explore. Kirsten is always so sweet and welcoming with the right balance of interaction and free play for curious babies. Just long enough to keep them engaged without getting bored. A relaxed atmosphere without a rigid structure that you find in some classes which can become tiring as babies just want to crawl around and explore.  My ten month old really enjoys the classes. I really enjoy them too and the free play allows you time to catch up with other mum's. The baby crafts are a lovely touch. Kirsten really does think of everything. Highly recommend.

Attended the baby class which my wee girl really enjoyed. It was a good balance of entertainment and free-play time for the babies, and gave opportunity to chat to the other mum’s as well. You can tell lots of thought and effort has been put into designing the event space and making it bright, colourful and cheerful. We sang songs, played with bubbles, had a story and even did some hand print arts and crafts. Bonus points for being easy to park on the street outside for free. We have already booked to come back for another class with friends. Thank you!

Daisy and Dragon would be an amazing experience for neurotypical children, I felt for my neurodiverse child it was too overwhelming and overstimulating, a lot of activities and items in the room and too many kids and adults in at the same time. Would be better if there were quieter sessions with less children booked in. Kirsten is a lovely woman and the room is brilliant.

However the green face paint has been very difficult to get off. Two baths and multiple face wipes and face washes  and over 24 hours later there is still green around my sons eyes and forehead.

The room is ideal with quality toys including a kitchen, dressing up area, slide, stepping stones, drawing table - we also hired the bouncy castle as an option which proved a huge hit. I booked here for my little girl’s 4th birthday party.  She’s quite shy, not that into soft plays etc and loves arts and crafts.  It was perfect!! Daisy and Dragon is a beautiful venue, so bright and open. There’s so much for all ages to do and plenty of space for walkers, crawlers or just little babes in arms too.  We hired the bouncy castle too which my little girl didn’t actually go on but it was great for the other kids.  It doesn’t take up a huge amount of the space and I would say it’s worth having as a wee addition for any kids with a bit more energy!  Kirsten has thought of everything. As organised as I thought I was I forgot to bring a knife to cut the birthday cake but of course Kirsten’s emergency box saved the day.  I would 100% recommend Daisy and Dragon for a small, chilled birthday party and also for the baby/toddler classes too.  Just Fabby!!

Daisy & Dragon is the perfect space for a smaller party, lots of toys and crafts to keep the kids entertained and the bouncy castle was a well worth add on. There was table space to put out snacks and cake and also a box with items that we may have forgotten which came in handy as I had forgotten matches, candles and a knife for the cake! Me, the other parents and all the kids had a brilliant time.

They really have thought of everything and we really appreciated the little touches like providing tea and coffee, speaker for music and even candles and a cake knife. We had a mixture of ages from 4 months to 8 years and everyone, including the adults, had a great time. The inclusive nature of the play space was great for everyone to get involved and not feel like the children and adults were separate as can often happen in some venues. Would highly recommend for little ones birthday parties and look forward to returning for more classes soon!
